crispyberry 8b5213df87 fix: add TLS certificate bundle for HTTPS connections ...

All HTTP clients (Telegram, Claude API, OTA) were missing
crt_bundle_attach, causing TLS handshake failures. Add esp-tls
dependency to CMakeLists.
