存档 GitHub 配置并清理未使用的文件
- 将所有 `.github` 目录的内容移动到 `.github.bak` 进行归档
- 更新 `.gitignore` 文件，添加 IDE、系统和二进制文件的忽略规则
- 删除未使用的 `Dockerfile` 和 `pop.exe` 二进制文件
