ci: 添加 Gitea Actions workflow

- 每次 push 到 main 分支时自动构建
- 支持多平台：linux amd64/arm64, darwin amd64/arm64, windows amd64
- 自动生成 checksums.txt
- 自动更新 release 内容（使用 git log）
